    To rent a storage space, you will need to provide the following:

    • A government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, state ID, or passport).
    • Vehicle information, including the license plate number and VIN.

    • A copy of your insurance card or the relevant policy page.
  • Is a long-term lease necessary?

    Not at all! Rentals are on a month-to-month basis unless you prefer to request a longer-term arrangement.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including cash, ACH trasnfers, and major credit cards like VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • When can I move in?

    As long as the type of storage you need is available, you can move in during our normal business hours.

  • How much notice is required to move out?

    Since all rental agreements are month-to-month, we ask for a 30-day written notice prior to your move-out date. Simply email Dayspring Storage to submit your notice.

  • Do you provide RV maintenance, cleaning, or similar services?

    We don’t offer these services directly but can recommend trusted providers to assist you.


  • Do I need someone in the office to access the security gates?

    No, that’s not necessary! During the signup process, you’ll create a personalized security passcode. This code grants you 24/7 access to your storage unit.

  • Is insurance required?

    Yes, insurance is required for all stored vehicles and vessels. Tenants are responsible for securing their own insurance coverage.

  • Is the parking area outdoors?

    Yes, our parking spaces are outdoors, but all spots for RVs and boats are shaded with an awning to provide protection from the Florida sun.

  • Do you offer online bill payment?

    Absolutely! We value your time, so we’ve made it easy to pay your rent online. Just set up an account, and you’re good to go! If you need help setting up your account, we’re here to assist.

  • What’s the average cost of boat and RV storage?

    Storage costs depend on the size, type, and location of the unit. Uncovered parking tends to be the most budget-friendly option, while covered and indoor units offer greater protection at higher rates. Check the specific facility’s pricing details for more information.

  • When is rent due for boat and RV storage?

    Rent is always due on the first day of each month.

  • Can I see the storage unit before renting it?

    Our storage facilities are accessible to customers 24/7 unless otherwise specified, ensuring unmatched convenience.

    We take security seriously. Our facility features perimeter fencing, 24-hour surveillance cameras, and controlled gate access to safeguard your stored vehicle.
